Its signature nailheads accent the subtly striated velvet upholstery, woven with a centuries-old technique. Nickel-finished nailheads in two sizes are precisely tacked by hand, one at a time, tracing the rounded arms, square tight back and base with vintage detail. Metropole is a chair of fine leisure, benchmade with a comfortable seat cushion, eight-way hand-tied springs that support your every move and an angled back for relaxation in the living room or study. The Metropole Chair is a Crate and Barrel Exclusive.
